Romance reaches its greatest potential in marriage with the complete development of emotional, spiritual, and physical intimacy. Saying something romantic in writing.
No surprise that the ones we have on record are mostly from famous people. Yet often stored away in a box in many houses is a bundle of letters tied up with a bow, a reminder of the days when lovers exchanged letters in the post when they were apart. In the days before mobile phones or even household telephones, the only way to communicate with someone you loved when they were away was to write a letter and post it to them.
